SMILEY NOW CRY LATER!!!

I smiley now and poeple think i am find but the trth is that i am cring inside i hold my tears in and i just say i am find i cry at night i cant sleep my parents are fighting they talk i try not to show that i am sad but it just happen i cant do this no more but i have to.I was not that wat i till my mom but that was just a lie i dont know wat to do this is to much for me.For me i say i can and could hold it i could but i dont know how much longer i can hold it I NEED HELP I DONT KNOW WAT TO DO!!!!
