Moving on

by Evee Taylor   Apr 25, 2008

Opening new doors
Not sure if I can do this anymore,
opening a new life, new door.
Might just curl up, fern frond tight,
Sleep early, still crying through the night

Blanket wrapped tightly to protect,
pillow tucked in, damp and wet.
Eyes all smudged, unfocused, dull
waiting for the moment, the lull

Really do not want to move on yet,
I am having trouble trying to forget.
Perhaps one day will make without
a cry, a moan a wondering doubt

Line 12 Perhaps "will" to "I'll" ? Line 13 a comma after "moan"?
Much told with felling in few words, WELL DONE! "fern frond tight" fantastic
