I remember us as friends when we were always hand and hand
I remember us as one when we laughed and ran in the sun
I remember us as girls who listened to each other and blocked out the world

now i am alone...
no friend i can truly call my own....
she left me in this cold world....
someone she had once said she loved ...
took her life without thinking twice.....
now i'll continue to reminisce about what we called a friendship ......
