I stay up all night
just thinking about you

It brings tears to my eyes
just to think that you forgot
all about me

I thought we had something
something special
between just you and me

When I said "I love you"
I really meant it

but I guess you didn't

Tears in my eyes
why couldn't you tell me
that you didn't love me back

Instead of leading me on
to think you loved
and cared about me

Now heartbroken
it's all behind us now
