A forest

by Ares   Apr 28, 2008

I hear the sounds of waves and the sun,
remember to look for me when it's begun.
his hands over my eyes - dark as the night,
he pushes and pulls me right out your sight.

in a forest is were i lie.

i pray and i scream so all the people can hear,
i only hope that they are the people who care.
the trees are in line with the witches of hate,
and all of them chanting that this my fate.

in a forest is were i lie.

they force me in silence to make this go quick,
once they are sleeping i'll give them a kick.
i pray and i scream so all the people can hear,
i only hope that they are the people who care.

in a forest is were i'll survive.

This is another poem filled with your knack for story telling, that also goes much deeper than that. Very good. Remember that 'I' is capitalized!!! and you are missing the word 'is' in the last line of the second stanza. This line: 'once they are sleeping i'll give them a kick.' isn't very poetic, I don't have any ideas of what you can change, I know it's hard to rhyme quick, but, give it a thought. Great job!
