I Own Their Love

by Daniel Mulvany   Apr 28, 2008

Forever love will endure when two hearts are met as one.
On person; one body; one soul,
Undetached.
Though life has it's trials,
True love is withheld.
For those who have found it cling to it as to the very breath of life.
Without it what would that life's worth be?
As for me... I've found that love,
That keeps me holding on each day.
I wake up in the morning with gladness.
My life has purpose.
I am blessed.
I am filled.
Undeserving...
Not wanting,
Needing,
Desiring any more than the blessings provided to me.
The Lord is good all the time.
I stand by faith as you stand by me.
I'll know that your smiling as I enter His gates;
As will I if you, before me, go.
And it is because of all life's given me,
Though I do not deserve so much.
I have more than I could have dreamed.
Two who's love is so true:
The Lord above and you.
