Whether the emotions are happy sad or hate we still live life with them.
Emotions give us a chance to reveal who we truly are and what truly lies beneath our skin.
It isn't good to hold in emotions because one day we will lose control and just let it ALL out.
If life was emotionless we would not be able to live because we would not be able to love, hate, or cry.
