You think your life is near perfect
you go on day by day
no problems in your life to solve
there are no prices to pay

you see people suffering around you
you see lives left undone
you go on living a carefree life
not knowing your day will come

it's never easy for you to cope with
your life has meaning no more
the people who you love and cherish
you don't have them anymore

each day there are new beginnings
your life at every heartbeat will change
your 'almost perfect' little world
becomes 'awfully strange'

your friends no longer understand you
you lose them one by one
and all the happiness that existed
now seems to be gone

you fall in love with strangers
a different one every day
you can't control the way you feel
so you give your heart away
