THE LOVE I LOST

She was a good friend of mine
I was loving her all the time
Waiting for her patiently
To love me instantly

Sitting by my window everynight
Wishing at the star so bright
I wish i can hold her tight
And make things right

For so long my feelings is hide
Its drive me crazy, its burning inside
How can I tell her?
How much I love her?

I cant find the words to say
I hate to feel this way
I want to tell her "Shes all I ever wanted"
But Im afraid to be taken for granted

Now shes standing in front of me
Staring, looking at me
I feel my heart beating so fast
I hope this moment will be last

This is the chance Ive been waiting for
The moment Ive been longing for
But when Im about to speak,
My knees started to get weak

Im losing words, I dont know what so say
It might be too late, if I will not tell her right away
She hold my hand, in her eyes I see happiness
I try to smile, to hide the sadness

"Im happy for you" its all I can say
Cause Im losing words to say
She just smile, holding her finger with a ring
She walked away and started to sing

I guess my love for her will be hidden forever
She and I cant be together
My heart is broken, I cant do anything else
Cause now shes belong to someone else...
