This is so sad and sweet did it really happend 2 u though

"I heard you say "I love you"
Too bad it wasn't me
I saw you hang off him too
Now all I feel is jealousy"

Really good poem I love the flow of this first stanza it just strings from one word to the next. It sounds really good.

"He ignores you like you're unworthy
He dismisses your affection
But you keep coming back
Like he's the main attraction"

I can really understand this, I've been through this before. And I love how you put it in to words in such an elegant matter. really well.

"I might not be willing later
To provide you with advice
To tell you what you want to hear
But instead I'll tell you lies"

Thats my favorite stanza in this poem. Its so truthful, even if it hurts for the other person to hear. Such emotion and such power. I love it.

"So please open your eyes
See that I'm here
See that I love you
For I do my dear "

And the ending is amazing. I loved it. Such a great way to end this sad poem. great write over all. I enjoyed reading this. You should check out some of mine.
