Two Worlds

by Indian Comma Bean   May 1, 2008

Two worlds of thought,
Converge on one axis,
Causing mental distortion
In unequivocal anguish.

Soul tossed; Whiplash
Of mind and body; Hexed
Yet happiness flutters by,
In an instant snatched.

Possessed by a Siren's song,
Demonic harmony in soothing tone.
Grinning wildly as I snicker,
Spitting in the face of evil.

Playing the right hand of God,
On a mission of mayhem.
Causing havoc to my soul,
Displaced in a mortal Hell.

A victim of an Angel's seduction,
Flirted into a dream I cannot escape,
I fall to my knees as my worlds collide,
Smiling as my soul marches on.
