Third times a charm

by Sheep   May 1, 2008

I walk by watching
Looking at him
While he looks at her
Asks her out on a whim

I sit down eating
Hearing them laugh
Knowing hes with her
Rips my heart in half

I stumble off the buss
Cry my way home
Slip into a bath
Red bubbles and foam

I wonder how long
It'll take him to see
To watch me crying
To hear my plea

But i guess it doesn't matter
doesn't matter to me
I just hope hes watching
Attempt number 3

I like this. The lines are short but dead-on straight to the point. It's sad to hear, but very well-written.
