Holding On To Every Letter

by Collin   May 1, 2008

You grasped my heart from inside
Eyes kept the image oh so clear
Holding to every word you speak
Each poem keeps you in the sense of mind, always near
Keep this letter close to you
Grasp it like you held the hand
Read the letters, not so few
Bring you back, the deadly land
Outsiders, do they indulge
The moments we had, the moments we have
Your pocket eyes begin to bulge
Strike the heart of the Savage beast
Each line brings your sense of fear
The shiver you feel crawl down your spine
Bring all the pains to comfort here
If it takes the hurt, the pain and suffer here, I will create and make it mine
