Iraq

A little girl crosses the big dark hole,
Where once her friends used to play.
Now all that is there is dirt so cold,
Nobody can see her, nor hear her pray.
This little girl was chosen for their pride,
Shaking hands and a trembling heart.
The little girl committed suicide,
He stand from a distance to see her pain.
A little girl tookin from the laughter and joy,
Just for an evil man Saddam Husein!
With his mocking laughter she killed herself for a boy,
Her last thoughts were to God.
The only true friend that would always be there,
before the bomb went off she knew not to sob.
Her cries did not help and the sweat in her hair,
Her last wish was that the pain would end.
The cries in the night and the smell of death,
God needed to save her little friend.
He was the last one she knew his name was Seth,
When he heard of the suicide he would do the same.
Wishing the war would end he took a gun but could not shoot,
Little did he know this was Saddam's game!!!
