Does it make you more of a man
when you make me gasp for air?
Was it your brilliant plan
to rip out locks of hair?
When I cry and beg for mercy
is that all you can do is stare?
Please tell me do you enjoy
making YOUR life so fair?

Near perfect lives
are only given to a few
But now it's obvious
You ripped my wings before I ever flew
GO AHEAD hit me with the belt
maybe it will make me more like you
Let me tell you this father
You've bit off more than you'll ever chew

    I really liked this alot.I mean you could have put more emotions into it, like more exciting hurtful words but it came from your heart and nothing could ever change that.I hope this is not true.But if it is i hope your going to be ok.I hope your wings grow back and you move on with your life.Hopefully you are nothing like your father.Maybe he was abused when he was younger know he thinks thats the right thing to do.Though it is not. You should love your child with every piece of heart he has.Good poem i hope you are ok if this is true! 5/5
