Infinitely Deeply

by lex laramire   May 4, 2008

Clarity Of the common,
wounds cracked and blood flowing, gliding, slighted;
coating the expanse of a soul.

Will breaking,
Let inspiration penetrate;
Holding tightly to dreams
shattered and Old.

envy, keeps close to jealous hands,
ruining that which is Divine;
Calling Inward to-wards the quickening rush of life.

filling moments with memories,
clinging to complex simplicities;
lies to keep from responsibilities.
Time is all we have.

Loving eyes,
caress that which is promised not,
no words, hushed sighs;
bitter sweet goodbyes.

Beautiful memories,
If Only for me;
Suddenly, profoundly,
Sadly Touched,
So Infinitely Deeply.
