Dark place.

by Kenzi   May 5, 2008

Blackness covers you, blood leaks around the only exit.
Whispers make you scream, screams make you whisper.
People losing their eyes, people stealing hearts.
Vines wrapping and tying around your brain, veins bursting without knives.
Friends dying from place to place, eyes crying class that cut upon the wrist.
Hiding behind doors of such a dark, dark, place- Glancing the smiles of people not harmed.
Seeing flowers bloom out the window, watching the fire grow inside.
Burning all the dreams to ashes, tearing apart what's left of sanity.
Leaving behind a withered away heart full of mistakes, pain, regrets, tears, scars, cuts, envy, confusion, full of nothing but yourself.
