Thank you

Ever since I was born,you've been there for me
Eternal is my gratitude,as enormous as the sea
Sometimes we fight,we disagree,just know that it's ok
No matter what you say or do,I'll always feel this way
Just know you'll always be in my heart,until the end of days
What I write in this poem,could be said in many different ways
I wish I could return to you,the love you've always shown
for it is something I have grown up with,and have always known
Certain points of our lives,times have been rather hard
I would like to say to you,thanks for never letting down your guard
You've always been there for me,now I'm there for you
I write this poem as a testimony,to say that I love you
