Phoenix

by Shannah Lae   May 5, 2008

Inside of everyone, a fire burns.
These flames represent our desire to live.
The brighter the flame, the stronger the urge.
The smaller it is, the weaker the desire.
Each person has their own flame that suites them.
Sometimes, a person will have lost their desire to live.
When this happens, their flame will die.
They won’t care about anything then.
If they receive their desire back, the flame will resurrect itself.
It’s like being brought back to life.
