It's snowing, with a wind blowing, silently
I stand and look up and watch the snow drift beyond my existence
It's silent, but my thoughts speak loudly into the distance
I wait, but time doesn't stand still

Will time pass me on?

I walk a few feet forward, not looking back at my past regret
If I stand, nothing will change, except my thoughts scream to be heard
I want to change, to change the past of sorrow
But time would never except

Will time pass me on?

If there's a way to change this bitter cold flowing through my veins
I have no will to obey the deepest regret still left inside me
I want to move on
Time has no time for me to try and change these things, but I shall keep moving on
