A Prayer Above Boston Bay

by Lakota   May 9, 2008

Through the trees, the clouds, the air,
Above the water blue
Winds carry out this life long prayer,
In time will get to you.
If this wish not reach you ear,
May you realize it someday.
That though I have shed many a tear,
With the wind, hath they flown away.
May God be at your side,
May your path be straight and true.
May never you regret or wish,
About something you've longed to do.
As I wish this prayer good bye, and long for it to be,
In your mind and always there, for all eternity.
