The First Smile

(Again, not a poem but too long to be a quote.)

With this gun to my head I look up at you and give you the first genuine smile that has ever graced my lips.... This warm liquid now dripping down my face, I fall limply to the floor, peace instilled in my eyes and that sweet smile left there on my face for all to see....
