True Beauty

by theresadreamer   May 15, 2008

Her skin is perfect
Just like her figure
Her round eyes
Are beautiful
It's lovely really
How it seems like
She glides when
She walks
Her voice is soft
Her actions are kind
She just can't be
Compared to Heaven's
Beauty
She's perfect in every way

I am only me
With short
Unruly hair
And ugly eyes
I'm not perfect
Don't have the
Right shape
And you look right
Through me
I mean nothing to you
And really
I can't blame you
I'm not your perfect girl

Go for the one
With perfection
Who only claims
She loves you
Go for the one
You haven't known
For very long
For she is truly
Beautiful

Don't even look at me
I don't deserve that
Forget me
Hurt me
That's all I deserve
For I am not the one
With true beauty
Just a broken heart...

Hey, you know that the real beauty is in your heart and believe me the beauty of the soul and heart is much better than the MATERIALESTIC beauty because i think it is real and essential. so honey look for the man who loves you from the inside not from the outside and i am sure you are not a materialestic person, but you are more natural than this.
    nice poem.

Now I understand why you called yourself hideous beauty, but you know true beauty is really inner beauty. In my religeon we've got millions of famous quotes on that same subject, and it's true. My cosin married this girl for beauty and now she's taking him to coart and wants a divorse and he's losing his baby girl, the other one isn't really obsessed with beauty and looks at the inner beauty in a girl, he still isn't married but he isn't in coart about to lose his wife and kid.
