When you looked at me, all the world was right.
When you looked at me, all fear would lose the fight.
When you looked at me, all my dreams and wishes seemed real.
When you looked at me, all my life was bliss.

Now when you look at me, all the world has died.
Now when you look at me, all fear wins the fight.
Now when you look at me, all my dreams and wishes die.
Now when you look at me, all my life is gone.

When you looked at me i felt like i could take on the world.
When you looked at me i felt like i was the only one.
When you looked at me i felt like i was on the verge of winning everything.

But when you said those two words: "it's over",
all my feelings changed
i started looking at the world with fear and rage.
i can't stand to sit here and recall what might have been.
i can't stand to see you happy; while i remain depressed.
I can't stand to see you with her.
I can't stand to fake this happiness.

No one will know what ever happened to me.
But when they ask just say, "it was an old memory."
When they ask what memory it was.....
just tell them it was a dream that was never ment to be.
