Lonesome

by Four Letter Lie   May 18, 2008

I’m getting tired,
My life's backfired.
Inside I feel so lost,
Bleeding is the deadly cost.

In silence I wait for it to end,
My heart is unable to mend,
My soul feels so incomplete,
Pain and misery spread like a sheet.

So now I lie cold and alone,
Lost and lonely without a home.
Slowly I bleed to my eternal rest,
Silently letting out my last breath.
