Two Types of Beauty

by Israfel   May 20, 2008

There are two types of beauty
One is black, the other white
One is pure and good
The other dark as the night

One is filled with innocence
Captivating, stylish with grace
Pure and beautiful
Making men's hearts race

The other is bewitching
Enchanting and intense
Men fall so quickly
Lose all common sense

One kiss is tender
Tastes like honey so sweet
And smells of summer rain
Men fall to her feet

The other filled with passion
Intense and burns like fire
Takes your breath away
And overwhelms you with desire

Ones eyes sparkle
With mischief and delight
And through a window to the soul
Shines a blinding inner light

The other's eyes are mysterious
Beautiful but somewhat sad
A troubled soul dwells within
Less good and more bad

One is bright and happy
Loves living life each day
The other would be just as happy
To have hers taken away

One is filled with memories
Of loved ones and friends
The others filled with torment
A sorrow that never ends

One curls up in bed
So warm lost in dreams
The other stays up listening
To her own tortured screams

One is always surrounded by love
Never on her own
The other is doomed to spend
An eternity alone

There are two types of beauty
Both are different but equal too
Black or white
Which kind of beauty are you?
