Drugs

Honor role student is laid in the ground,
People are staring and crying all around,
she was so young they say,
why couldn't she just put the drugs down,
I told everyone about the problems i carry,
All the things she never got to do,
like graduating high school and getting married too,
tears fall like rain,
her family feel the most of the pain,
they keep asking why,
why did she have to die,
couldn't she just stop the pills and all the rest,
her friends cant believe how she messed up,
She was the best people say on the news,
it such a shame,
it was her father to blame,
but it wasnt she just wanted to forget,
and her regrets just kept coming up,
so she just kept popping them pills,
trying to make her brain just stop the memories,
but it went to far,
now there she she lays,
nothing but food for worms,
all things she never got to do,
Im sorry we'll miss you,
