The grass is freaking black on the other side of the fence

It's just a comedy,
this place that we call earth,
all the people laying down,
and call themselves hurt,
I'll take you down to the underground,
maybe you'll see what I mean.

you set a fire to me, baby!
make me desire you, baby!

this is a poverty,
where people lack the smiles,
there is a dire need for,
people who will go the miles,
I'll take you down to the underground,
maybe you'll see what I mean.

you set fire to me, baby!
make me desire you, baby!

look at all the people taking rain as a joyful event,
can you really say that the world isn't treating you right?
no chance of restarting, no second chance to parlay,
no chance for rebuilding the world which we have broken.

this is a prayer to,
the people who took a chance,
won't you give a thought,
to kids that don't want to dance,
I'll take you down to Africa,
maybe you'll see what I mean!

you set a fire to me, baby!
make me desire you. baby!

look at all those people taking laughter as a gift,
won't you give them hope, won't you give them joy?

have you ever suffered?
the way they suffer each day?

This is a great poem, muse. One of your very best ones. I think the title speaks for itself. I see you put so much feelings and thought in the poem...

Yeah, people are...what they are...and this world is--what it is...

And we are always complaning about something and in the other side of fence there is a rainbow. LOL.

I think this poem is awesome and poet did his very best for this.

Thanks for the poem, it was a pleasure to read.
