These walls

by lindsay finnigan   May 23, 2008

If these walls could talk
you would see all of my pain
you would know the sorrow that i feel
you would understand my game!
they would tell you that Ive got it good
agree.... i wish i could
i wish i could take it all back,
no more fights, no more lies
if only these walls had eyes
they would make you see
i am different from the rest
they would surly set me free.
if these walls could hear
they to would begin to cry
screaming in the distance is my soul
for all the events have caused her to die
i am not who i was seven years ago
i used to be a child in the summer
happy and free
now i am like these walls
silent and lifeless
for these walls have spoken and revealed
all of the smiles held together
by all the precious
they would surly shout get out
set me free
if i do not my soul
is sure to break
