Reality's a nightmare

Are they dreams or nightmares?
I can't tell anymore
Sometimes reality's the dream
And what comes at nights the scare
Somedays I think are dreams
Until I fall asleep.
Then I realize compared to what I see
as I sleep
Reality is the nightmare
