The Dance

Sunlight pushing through the clouds
Stars across the midnight sky
Moon upon the oceans tide
Lightning striking worldwide

A life entwined in wicked lies
Silent shadows upon the walls
Dreams abound on placid flight
Tears of sorrow shed in plight

Pieces of a sporadic dance
a dance called "Life"
where light and shadows, truth and lies
are forever cast in deep surmise.
