No longer lonely

by laura jones   Jun 1, 2008

Fag butts on the ground
the traffic echoes that depressing sound
the wind blowing the bitter cold air
the starless sky and the streets bare
but i hardly notice all that walking through the street
don't look at the ground beneath our feet
your voice drowning out the traffic, all i hear is you
you hold me close to your body ,blocking the cold winds too
i look into your big brown eyes shining brighter than any star can
and the streets no longer lonely when I'm holding your hand
