Twilight's Sentinel

by Armada the Gestalt   Jun 1, 2008

AA T
Tell me your name boy and I will,
Go with you,
Show me the pale moonlight like you,
Taught them to,
I'll watch the starlight flicker,
In wake of my infernal eyes.

Ignite the sunset's reborn wings,
Hold them near,
Tyrannous sunlight cannot reach,
Us down here,
I'll wrap these feathers 'round you,
And watch the dread sky as she cries.

The burning ember in dark clouds,
Breaking down,
Dissolving into fiery tears,
'Till we drown,
But I shall not fear with you,
Just gaze 'till the last cinder dies.

Kiss me as what we have become,
Soothes the night,
Take me down with you until,
We have sight,
I'll stay with you forever,
Through both your regret and your lies.
