There are so many people in the world today
Backsliding trying to hide and they are going astray
Not understanding that the problems that they have won't last
But if you put your faith in God, He can make your storms pass
On by, give him and try and you will see
That in the hands of the Lord is the place to be
And when you need a friend He will never leave you lonely
That's why he died for you and me on Calvary
So we have a chance at a new life
So while we have the time we need to get our hearts and spirits right
You never know when your time will come
At any moment the Lord can say "My child your work on earth is done"
We need to get it together and take a stand
And surrender all our problems to the Lords hands
