Teardrops from you

by Maddi   Jun 3, 2008

Teardrops are nothing,
Compared to a waterfall.
But teardrops are something,
When compared to a broken heart.
They're the emotion and pain,
Being released onto a face.
A face that shows,
Betrayal and dishonor.
Those tears get wiped away,
With a hand of disappointment.
When a lie becomes,
the truth.
There's nothing you,
Can do.
To make it the way,
That you want it to be with your boo.
You can work it out,
Or at least try.
But nothing is going to make it,
Less than a lie.
