Becoming Me

I miss my childhood dreams
of knowing what I wanna be
a firefighter or a basketball player on T.V.
I miss my childhood life
So many responsibilities
Now I'm getting a job
Starting college this fall
Scared as hell
Because I don't want to fell
Fell the dream
I've had so many time
completing college
and being Independent
Becoming a woman
of integrity
of knowing
who I am
and who I strive to be
Now its time
for me to be
someone's role model
Someones dream
