My name is Leah,
I'm 10 years old
mommy left me,
daddy doesn't know
I'm just here scared to death

every day when i come home from school,
daddy waits for me by the door,
he hits, smacks, and grabs me up by my arms

i try to run,
i try to hide,
but its not even worth the fight

he always catches me
he always finds me
its no use, I'm tired of trying

i always take that razor,
way too far too deep,
I'm just tired, i just want my mommy

why did she have to leave,
why did she have to desert me?
did she not love me
did i do something wrong
I'm sorry mommy just come home

daddy came in
he slammed the door
he screamed at me a little more
