I look up in the sky, and I remember our last goodbye
Its was just a year ago in July
You took me to the beach
I saw a shell and I reached
You pulled my hand back
I looked at you
I could see the preview
It was the way you looked at me
Like you were sorry
I felt like I was going to die
Instead I started to cry
You held me tight
Said it would be alright
I shook my head
Then you said
"I didn't want to have to do this on your birthday"
I started to runaway
You caught up with me and brought me home
Then I knew I will never forget this
