Oblivious to the Obvious

by FiguringThisOutAsIGo   Jun 9, 2008

Everything changed, yet nothing changed. It wasn't my fault that we talked, or more texted, at all. No, I have friends that push me into love, and tend to take matters into their own hands. But you actually wanted to know who it was, and even on top of that, when you finally guessed that it was me, you did something that not even my best friends can do- you spelled my last name right! You made me so happy, you don't even understand! But, unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and you're a pro at doing that I guess. I'm not sure what I wanted you to ask me, but asking me about my best friend- your ex-girlfriend, was definately not it. It was a slap on the face that made me get off of my cloud and...I actually don't know what I saw, but right now, right now I just want you to leave me alone for a while. Oh, and by the way, your ex-girlfiend says that you're oblivious to the obvious if you can't figure out that she hates you more than words can describe. So now, now you're left standing there by yourself, holding all the losing cards, and I- the best you're never gonna have, am gone.
