Sun Rise

by David ODonnell   Jun 9, 2008

The sun arrives, as we fall on to the sheets
I hope the moon survives with every classy beat
Every step I take is one more shot to be ignored
Every heart I break is a some ones love to be adored

I lay awake at home, hoping you wouldnt call
You keep me on the phone praying for my soul
Never liked your masquerades turning me upside down
A little thought to foolish charades acting in and out

But baby, There aint no sunrise anymore
And baby, youve seen the last of this before
Youll be knocking at my window
Breaking down all of my doors
My baby, there is no sun no more
Why baby, do you crawl all on my floor.
