I pulled down the heavens

by linkhorizon   Jun 10, 2008

I pulled down the heavens to please my goddess
wasted my life down into ungratefulness

leaning on disappointments built into memories
a perfect stranger transformed my transparency

finding myself unrecognized and when i'd lose again, then
sacrificing your name with my last breath

liking the manner you abuse my last plea
i beg you to kiss me killing me sweetly

carry my soul inside your iris
lay me down next to your fragrant skin

replace your seeds i once misplaced
sampling this painful taste

swallow me whole for the last course
stealing my final seconds with no remorse

join me my last escape
there's plenty room for two in this grave

but if you have to go, i'll get by
when you follow me on the other side
