Did you know the day I met you?
I was thinking of someone els,
As our date went on we smiled and messed about,
Not telling you when you tried to kiss,
The reason I cringed,
Was because it hurt think of him.

Soon you asked the question I feared,
Gazing at my face that stared at the ground,
You pulled me in my head on you're chest,
Asking me whats wrong.

Such hope in you're voice,
So warm as you held me tight,
But I wasn't thinking of you.

I pushed away in pain,
I couldn't do this,

Then kissed you're forehead,
And held back the lie,
