Final Sunset

The sun has finally set
Forever and all time,
I leave with no regrets
For faults were never mine.

Never one to blame
Innocent for sure
I'm tired of playing games
I finally found the cure.

I step toward the edge
Never looking down
Looking straight ahead
I plunge toward the ground

I take my own life
For it doesn't mean a thing
No more sorrow no more strife
No more anything.
