Panic attack

I sense it coming...
my mind and body collapsing
the weaker part of me deafeats me
my heart is suffocating and grieving
it feels like i'm being held down by a thousand monsters
living in solemn darkness, cause the sun refuses to be my fosterer
chills enrapture my spine
like cold heavy chains lifting me high
my head rattles in dreams of death
the fear penetrates and steals my breath
my insides shatter like glassware
the sharp pain subsides then haunts me like a nightmare
i feel like i'm crushed beneath the earth
gravity still keeps me here to live another day like a curse
