Overview of Us

I don't care if I was in love with him,
I don't care if he gives me that make-me-melt hug,
or tries to give me one of those sublime kisses,
and i won't look him in the eyes.,
because in there lies our past,
and if I ever get weak and start feeling nostalgic or
a deep desire of sensation wont make me jump to him.

Because,

I will keep my distance,
I will not squeeze him back when he hugs me.
I will not listen to his words even if they were true,
I Will never take back the cards I have learned to put away,
because forgetting you- was & is my priority.

I won't erase and forget the pains i have gone through,
because they were all caused by you.
Getting my head down was hard,
putting my emotions behind was harder-
but forgetting us was the HARDEST
