ChildHood

Have you seen the child I've lost?
She ran away, all at my cost.
I better find her soon and fast.
Before she becomes part of my past.
It’s not 2 late 2 save her although hard 2 find.
You’ll see her for a second in places of all kind.
She’ll never really disappear until the day you die.
She’ll stay close by and watch you, almost like a spy.
At good times she will be there although you may not see
You’re the one person that decides where she will be.
Once she’s gone it will be hard to get her back,
If you lose her trust don't expect any slack.
Sometimes when you most need her she will suddenly appear.
She is at the same time very distant and near.
She hears your every word and knows your every thought
This kind of skill cant be taught.
Stop growing up so fast and don't whine and pout.
Cherish every moment, let your childhood out.
Most people only get it once before it goes away
Don't waste this opportunity, use it today!
Have you seen my inner child, because I want her now.
I need her with me, I don't care how.
