I Too...

As i try to write my thoughts down...
about your precious face only blood flows from my pen...
without u i am nothing.
Simply steering blindly...
through the black fields of my already twisted heart.
I am a caged lion...
passion waiting to be set loose.
Still i care not...
You are not mine...
Nor will you ever be...
For that alone is enough to drive me insane.
I shall only try to live...
Live and breath.
I shall have you always...
despite what u may or may not feel.
This entire life...
This enigma of chains.
Is more then any man could bare.
Yet i try.
For i know one day i too might escape.
I too might feel the warmth of the light...
Pressing upon my face.
I too may feel the warm and comfort of your hands.
And for this i stay... Half in a dream world.
Half wide awake...
I am here... surrounded by darkness...
Set me free...
