Great poem. It's funny, but it's true. No love can stand on it's own without great compromise, and the compromise has to be on both parts. I'm starting to believe that we are too independent to live as pairs. We just piss each other off. Life just becomes a big compromise. Unfortunately, it never ends, but we just learn to compromise better, lol. It sounds like you know a lot about compromise then he does, but he'll come around. We men are not as smart or as patient when it comes to relationships but we always regret it later when it's too late. Thanks for a great read.
