I'll Pretend I don't Care, And Let Everything Go

He brushes everything off his shoulders.
Holds all of his feelings inside.
Never sheds one tear.
But there is so much that he hides.

Its like he has a metal armour on
So no one can hurt him, and he will never fall.
He has a wall up that never seems to break.
Its as if he doesn't care at all.

It's so hard to be nice to him,
When he's always playing games.
Tweeking with my feelings,
Calling me names.

He's my best friend
Or atleast he used to be.
Something's gotten into him.
He's acting different, I can see.

I know something's wrong,
But he'll never tell me so.
I guess I'll just pretend I don't care.
And let everything go.
