Help Me

Where am I?
Does anybody know?
Am I where I'm supposed to be?
Or am I lost in this abyss?

I was dropped here
Not knowing where 'here' is
Without a map or even a guide
Its like a labyrinth growing with every wrong turn

I met someone here
A long ways back
He said he knew the way
And could get me out of this hell

But he left me
Just like that
Alone without a key
Searching....crying 'Help me.'

No one has come yet
I'm still standing here alone
I'm tired and worn from searching
Just looking for a friendly glance

But there's no one
I'm still begging the space around me
Help me
Free me from myself

    This is what i'm terrified of happening to me.....because if it happens to her, i won't have a guide. and that's just....horrifying.

    ^^ That second line is my favorite in the entire poem, tara, because it's just so...poetic. rofl. but begging to the space...i could just picture that.
